Have your say at local housing meetings
Published: Monday 22 June 2026
We’re pleased to invite tenants to take part in a series of local housing meetings taking place across each housing locality.
These sessions are a great opportunity to come together with neighbours and share your views.
The meetings are designed to give tenants a stronger voice in shaping local housing service provision. By attending, you can find out what’s happening in your community, hear about current and upcoming plans, and raise any issues or ideas that matter to you. Whether it’s feedback on repairs, estate management, or suggestions for improvement, your input helps us understand what’s working well and where we can do better.
These sessions are informal and welcoming, and all customers of housing services are encouraged to take part. They also provide a chance to meet staff from your local housing team, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of how services are delivered in your area.
We know that our customer’s experiences and insights are invaluable, and these meetings are an important way for us to listen and respond. By working together, we can help ensure that housing services continue to meet the needs of our communities.
Details of the upcoming local meetings can be found on the council website. To find out more, you can contact your local housing office or email the policy team at housing.strategy@southlanarkshire.gov.
We hope to see you there and look forward to hearing your views.
