Two new strategies have recently been approved by the council.
The Customer Involvement Strategy 2024-2029 was developed and co-produced by the Tenant Participation Co-ordination Group and other customers. This new strategy was approved by Housing and Technical Resources Committee in February and aims to ensure the ongoing development of effective customer involvement, taking into account customer’s needs and lifestyles.
The Anti-social Behaviour Strategy 2024-2029 was developed jointly by the council and its’ community safety partners. This new strategy was approved by Executive Committee in March and builds on a long history of partnership working to reduce anti-social behaviour with prevention and early intervention a key focus.
The Customer Involvement Strategy 2024-2029 can be viewed on the council website, as can the Anti-social Behaviour Strategy 2024-2029.
