Still time for businesses to apply for Excellence Awards
Published: Tuesday 18 April 2023
There is still time to promote your business by applying for the 2023 Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards.
One of Scotland’s longest running awards, the Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards, recognise and celebrate the success and achievements of local businesses.
Applications are open to all Lanarkshire businesses and social enterprises across all sectors and are free to enter. Companies can apply for up to two of the ten categories.
The winner of the 2022 Lanarkshire’s Best Business (11-50 employees) Award was Equi’s Ice Cream.
Alex Equi, Marketing Executive at Equi’s Ice Cream, said: “Here at Equi’s Ice Cream we were all completely honoured and so excited when we won Lanarkshire’s Best Business 2022.
“Having been part of the Lanarkshire community since 1922 when we started in Hamilton making ice cream in a small back kitchen to our now purpose-built brand-new factory in Rutherglen, it is really important to us to showcase our contributions to our local area and this award has been a great way of doing this for us.”
